Welcome to the Manitoba Métis Federation’s Provincial Education Department
Through the Post-Secondary Education Support Program, the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) provides financial assistance to Red River Métis students who are enrolled in eligible post-secondary education programs. Through our Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators, we also provide on-campus holistic supports at three universities.
Our Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 Application is NOW CLOSED!
The PSESP application for Fall/Winter 2026-27 will open in the summer of 2026. Due to the increasing number of student applications, the PSESP application will remain open only while funds are available.

Inclusion Coordinators
Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators (MICs) are full-time MMF employees who are situated on the campuses of post-secondary institutions to offer one-on-one support and cultural programming to Red River Métis post-secondary students.
