Welcome to the Manitoba Métis Federation’s Provincial Education Department
Through the Post-Secondary Education Support Program, the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) provides financial assistance to Red River Métis students who are enrolled in eligible post-secondary education programs. Through our Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators, we also provide on-campus holistic supports at three universities.

Louis Riel Bursary Application
The Louis Riel Bursary application will be opening soon for the students who attend an institution that offers the LRB. Students should remember to complete the second portion of the LRB at their institution as well as completing the application found on this website.
Red River Métis
Inclusion Coordinators
Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators (MICs) are full-time MMF employees who are situated on the campuses of post-secondary institutions to offer one-on-one support and cultural programming to Red River Métis post-secondary students.
