Welcome to the Manitoba Métis Federation’s Provincial Education Department
Through the Post-Secondary Education Support Program, the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) provides financial assistance to Red River Métis students who are enrolled in eligible post-secondary education programs. Through our Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators, we also provide on-campus holistic supports at three universities.

Louis Riel Bursary Application
The Louis Riel Bursary is open and will stay open until the last school’s deadline. Students must complete the application before their individual school’s deadline .Students must also complete the second half of the application through their school before the school’s deadline as well.

Inclusion Coordinators
Red River Métis Inclusion Coordinators (MICs) are full-time MMF employees who are situated on the campuses of post-secondary institutions to offer one-on-one support and cultural programming to Red River Métis post-secondary students.
